The HASA story

Hasa, Inc. is a leading producer and distributor of high quality water treatment products used to sanitize and maintain water systems, including swimming pools, water tanks and containment vessels for recreational, industrial and municipal end markets. Founded in 1964, the company operates across six facilities in California, Arizona, Washington and Texas.

A Family Legacy of Leadership and Excellence

Don Wilson, the company’s forefather, began his career as a Michigan State University Graduate Chemical Engineer over half a century ago. After a career with Standard Oil Company of Indiana, he moved west and began his affiliation with HASA, Inc., building a small company to a specialized, widely recognized industry leader. HASA, Inc. was established in 1964 and expanded to its present headquarters in 1972.  Don’s son, Mark S. Wilson, continued to build upon his father’s leadership and commitment to excellence. In 1982, Mark expanded the company with a second plant in Eloy, Arizona, and again in 1996 with a facility in Pittsburg, California. In the years after, Hasa opened facilities in Longview, Washington and Bryan, Texas.  In 2018, Hasa acquired Inter Valley Pool Supply in Pomona, California, expanding into its sixth facility.
