Desert Star Liquid Chlorinating Compound is a *10% sodium hypochlorite solution, for use in the treatment of water in swimming pools and hot tubs. When introduced into the swimming pool it is immediately available to destroy algae, bacteria, viruses, and other microorganisms.
* In Texas, Desert Star Liquid Chlorinating Compound is packaged at 12.5% available chlorine.
Dosage: 12.5 fluid ounces of 10% Desert Star Liquid Chlorinating Compound will provide enough chlorine to raise 10,000 gallons of pool water 1ppm.
